If you make your reservation through an OTA (Airbnb, Booking.com, or other) and need to cancel it, please refer to the cancellation policy and terms published by the OTA itself.
If you make your reservation through this website and need to cancel it, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Cancellations made at least 60 days before check-in: No penalty.
- Cancellations made 59 to 31 days before check-in: 50% penalty.
- Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in: 100% penalty.
- No-shows without cancellation: 100% penalty.
House Rules
No Smoking. Please make your best to help us keep the place clean and smoke free !
No Parties/ Events. Parties, celebrations or events of any kind are not allowed.
No pets. To allow us to accommodate people with allergies we cannot accept pets.
