The Chalet Harley Denia is a two-floor townhouse.

On the ground floor, the Chalet has a closed kitchen, a living-dining room, a bath with a shower, and an outdoor patio that communicates directly with the community garden area and the pool.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: a bedroom with a double bed (150 cm), a bedroom with a trundle bed (two beds of 90 cm, for two people), and a bedroom with a bunk bed (two beds of 90 cm, more suitable for an adult and a child or two children). The three bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower, located on the same floor. A crib for babies can be optionally provided.

The Chalet is fully furnished and equipped with all appliances, kitchenware, dishes, air conditioning and heating in each room and the living area, a WiFi service.

Within the private community, there is a reserved parking space, in front of the main entrance of the chalet.

The private community also has a barbecue for shared use by all the tenants.
